Vyom Cloud ("we", "us", "our") operates vyomcloud.com and provides VPS hosting, cloud hosting, and dedicated server services (the "Services"). We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law (e.g., billing records under tax law). Once the purpose is served and no legal retention obligation applies, data is deleted or anonymized.

7. Your Rights

Under the DPDPA, you have the right to:

  • Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and the processing activities
  • Correction and updating of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Erasure of your personal data, once it's no longer needed for the stated purpose
  • Grievance redressal — raise a complaint about how your data is handled
  • Nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity

8. Children's Data

Our Services are intended for use by individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children, and we do not process children's data for tracking, behavioral monitoring, or targeted advertising.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards — encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring — to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected users as required under Section 8(6) of the DPDPA.
